1. These regulations define the conditions of shopping at http://www.iei4europe.eu

2. The owner of the above mentioned e-shop is JM elektronik Jarosław Michalec, Poland, 44-100 Gliwice, ul. Karolinki 58, VATID 631-010-95-33 (more info: http://www.jm.pl/en/main.php)

3. All products offered in this e-shop are brand new, free of physical and legal defects and they have been legally launched on European Community market.

Placing orders

5. JM elektronik carries out orders from commercial companies, public and educational institutions only

7. Minimal value of the order: 300USD

8. Within 24 working hours from taking an order JM employee will contact the ordering party by phone or e-mail to confirm the order and establish the details of the dispatch

9. If confirming the order is not possible within 3 working days the order will be cancelled.

10. The majority of goods are available from stock, but if the given commodity is not in stock the delivery time can be extended to 4 weeks. However, this fact is being revealed during the confirmation of the order.

11. All prices given in websites of http://www.iei4europe.eu are net prices (they do not include VAT). Binding price for both parties is this one displayed at the product at the moment of placing the order.

12. We issue VAT invoices for all sold goods.

Delivery and payment

13. Payment can be made exclusively by T/T in advance. After the confirmation of the order JM elektronik issues pro forma invoice by means of which the ordering party makes a payment to the bank account listed in the invoice. In order to speed up the dispatch it is possible to send a confirmation of money transfer by e-mail or fax. JM elektronik send the goods with VAT invoice after receiving the information of crediting JM bank account.

14. The delivery follows within one to three working days since the moment of inflow of the money into JM elektronik bank account.

15. The majority of goods are available from stock, but if the given commodity is not in stock the delivery time can be extended to 4 weeks.

16. JM elektronik reserves a right to extend the term of the fulfilment of the order or cancel the order and return the prepayment in case of delayed payment of the invoice.

Warranty

17. iEi Technology Corp. guarantees high quality and efficient functioning of the offered products.

18. Products listed on e-shop are under guarantee of the manufacturer, on the terms defined by the manufacturer.

19. Claims concerning mechanical damage of the parcel which occurred during the transport will be considered only in case of making official claim in presence of the forwarder at receiving of the parcel.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

20. All the information included on the website http://www.iei4europe.eu are not an official offer according to Polish Civil Law. Placing an order by the customer is equal with an offer of buying specified goods on the terms given in product's description and this website. The moment of buying is exactly the moment of confirming the receipt of goods by the customer at the consignment note.

21. JM elektronik team make every effort to place authentic description and technical data of offered products. We are not liable for stating incorrect parameters and characteristic features of the goods or their sudden change made by the manufacturer.

22. Placing an order through the e-shop http://www.iei4europe.eu means accepting all the above resolutions.

23. All disputes will be solved in accordance with Polish law, in the court in Gliwice.

How does the process of ordering in the e-shop http://www.iei4europe.eu look like?

Please begin with the field “Register” typing your data. “Login” is your e-mail address. Please fill in the form carefully. The price level attributed to the specific customer is visible after log-in. If you are iEi official distributor please contact us by e-mail after registering in order to change your status.

Browsing our offer

There is a possibility to change your settings into convenient view by clicking menu on the left side with “Settings” – “Short products list”.

When browsing through the e-shop you see prices of products – it means they are available for you from JM warehouse. In case of trying to order bigger quantity of an item you might notice an announcement: “An error occurred during adding to cart” or/and “Not enough quantity available” – please kindly contact us by e-mail or phone – we will check the availability for you. You must also remember that each change of the amount of products in the cart you are ordering requires confirmation by clicking “Cart refresh”.

If the price is missing – you can click the button “MORE” and there appears a form to enter your questions. We can change the availability of the product for you or/and quote you the price for it. If we do not have the item in stock the delivery time is around 2-5 weeks.

Ordering

The ordering process in this e-shop consists of three steps. When you put into the cart all the items you need please enter into your cart (button “My cart” in upper menu or “See more” by “My cart” in left menu) and click the button “Continue ordering”. During 1 step you must select the country of delivery, on the basis of which delivery costs are being calculated. After clicking “Continue ordering” you are still in step 1. Now you can choose the delivery method - either Raben (truck) or DHL. The difference between the two methods is speed and costs. It takes 2-3 days to deliver goods by DHL and around a week (it depends on which country you are from) by Raben. The payment is always by TT in advance. The costs of delivery depend on the weight of the ordered goods. Caution: the weight of the goods can be different from this specified in the catalogue/website, because costs of delivery depend also on CBM weight.

Now you can also make the change of data, ex. the delivery shipping address. You can also continue shopping. Please check the data and the amounts carefully. After doing it click the button “Continue ordering”. Two tables appear then: one with the summary of the costs, the other with customer’s details which still can be changed by using the button “Change data” and this way returning to Step 1. Please remember that changes made this way are only temporary changes which are obligatory only by this specific order and this must be directly confirmed by pressing the button “Place the order”. Permanent changes should be made from the level “My profile” in upper menu. However any changes made on this level do not cause changes in already placed orders. Only the system administrator is able to make them – please contact us in such a situation. Clicking the button “Place the order” in step 2 finishes the process of ordering goods. Step 3 is actually the confirmation of finishing the ordering process sent by the system.

Shortly afterwards you will receive an automatic e-mail with a request to confirm your order by clicking into a link. The procedure of purchase is being started only upon confirming the order. Then we definitely confirm the availability of the ordered products. If they are in JM stock (99% of cases) you will receive an e-mail with a link to pro-forma invoice on the basis of which you will be able to transfer money to our account listed on that invoice.

In case there appears a necessity of importing products to JM stock you will receive information by phone/e-mail specifying the approximate delivery date and payment terms. We will ship the goods to you when we receive the payment. An e-mail informing that the shipment has been made will be sent to you then.

You are able to watch the progress of ordering process and the history of your orders after log-in in panel „My profile” - „Orders history” in upper or left-side menu.
